Removing Barriers. Restoring Stability. Strengthening Women’s Health.

The Wiltshire Foundation (TWF) is dedicated to ensuring that women can access the care, stability, and support they need to thrive. Our partnership with Penn Medicine Princeton House Behavioral Health demonstrates the powerful impact of meeting women’s basic needs during times of crisis.

Through a $10,000 grant, TWF provided weekly grocery cards and gas vouchers to women experiencing food insecurity or transportation hardship while participating in the Princeton House Women’s Program. This simple, direct support helped 67 women stay engaged in treatment, reduce stress, and focus on healing. As one participant shared, “Receiving support from the Wiltshire Foundation provided relief with weekly expenses and allowed me to fully engage in treatment.”

The results were remarkable:

  • 71% of supported women completed their program, far exceeding systemwide
    averages
  • 61% reported reduced symptoms at discharge
  • No woman left treatment due to food or transportation barriers

This partnership shows what is possible when we remove obstacles and invest in women’s well-being. TWF is committed to expanding this work — addressing copay barriers, housing instability, and other critical needs that stand between women and the care they deserve.

Together, we can build a future where every woman has the stability, dignity, and opportunity to heal and thrive.
